As an international business language, accounting is an important foundation for modern social and economic activities and an important guarantee for promoting international economic and trade exchanges. Sustainability is a crucial pillar for promoting high-quality development and a significant driving force behind economic and social development. Capacity building is a core objective of the “Belt and Road” National Accounting Standards Cooperation Forum. To this end, supported by the Belt and Road Economic and Financial Capacity Building Platform, we have developed the “Belt and Road Accounting and Sustainability Capacity Building Curriculum System”. This curriculum system is mainly divided into four modules: Accounting Standards, Sustainable Development, Economic and Trade Cooperation, and Fiscal and Tax Management. It aims to comprehensively enhance the capabilities of Forum members in standards conversion, policy coordination, and cross-border risk identification and response. In the future, based on this curriculum system, we will organize in-person or online training for existing and potential participants of the Forum.
